    1997 accord has no spark. I checked the ICM and main relay and they check ok however there is no power going to the crank sensor

     the crank sensor  is a magnetic  sensor   no voltage  goes to it.   i would bet you have a bad distributor

      Please do some more tests. Do you have any codes; are you able to read RPM PID with scanner; do you have injector pulse?
